Consultation ~ No Cost

Intake cost will vary depending on the services decided upon at the consultation.

Counseling ~$160.00/60 minute session.

Coaching ~ $50.00 per 30 minute session.

Hypnotherapy ~ $200.00/session.  It is the session content that matters, not the duration. However, we will not exceed 90 minutes.

Sliding fee scale available upon request

Insurance

Feel Good Montana Contracts with other agencies who bill insurance.

Feel Good Montana Wellness does not bill your insurance for you. I will set up your account with the contracted agency if you will be using insurance.

If you choose to self-pay, I will give you a receipt that you can use to send to your insurance company. Depending on your current health insurance provider or employee benefit plan, it is possible for services to be covered in full or in part. Please contact your provider to verify how your plan compensates you for psychotherapy services.

I’d recommend asking these questions to your insurance provider to help determine your benefits:

• Does my health insurance plan include mental health benefits?
• Do I have a deductible? If so, what is it and have I met it yet?
• Does my plan limit how many sessions per calendar year I can have? If so, what is the limit?
• Do I need written approval from my primary care physician in order for services to be covered?
• What is the procedure for reimbursement?

Payment

I accept cash, check and all major credit cards as forms of payment. I am able to take payment from HSA and Flexible benefits visa cards if you pre-approve it with your card services.

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you may be charged for the full rate of the session.
